How do I return an item or order?

- The Customer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within seven (7) days of delivery (time being of the essence) notify Dents of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Customer shall afford Dents an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery if the Customer believes the Goods are defective in any way. If the Customer shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage.
For defective Goods, which Dents has agreed in writing that the Customer is entitled to reject, Dents’ liability is limited to either (at Dents’ discretion) replacing the Goods or repairing the Goods except where the Customer has acquired Goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act 1974 or the Fair Trading Acts of the relevant state or territories of Australia, and is therefore also entitled to, at the consumer’s discretion either a refund of the purchase price of the Goods, or repair of the Goods, or replacement of the Goods.
2.1 Returns will only be accepted provided that:
(a) The Customer has complied with the provisions of clause 1; and
(b) Dents has agreed in writing to accept the return of the Goods; and
(c) The Goods are returned at the Customer’s reasonable cost within seven (7) days of the delivery date (such cost to be refunded if the Goods are found by Dents to be defective); and
(d) Dents will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner; and
(e) The Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging material and tags, in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
2.2 Dents may (at their sole discretion) accept the return of Goods for credit but this may incur a handling fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight costs.
2.3 We do not accept liability for Goods damaged during transit back to us or Goods missing in transmit.
Can I return a personalised or customised product?
Once an item has been personalised or customised, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item itself is faulty. If something isn't quite right with your item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
